About the role
At ANZ our purpose is to shape a world where people and communities thrive. We're making this happen by improving our customers' financial wellbeing so they can achieve incredible things - be it buying their home, building a business, or saving for things big or small.
As an Audit Manager, you will conduct research and fieldwork for assigned audit areas of medium technical difficulty, contributing to the assessment of the risk profile and controls of the business area under audit.
You will critically analyse the appropriate use and / or effectiveness of internal controls within that area. Create clear and concise working documents, addressing key risk areas with appropriately drawn conclusions, and demonstrating clear traceability of findings. Moreover, complete small compliance type audits or sub team lead components of medium to large projects under the supervision of the Team Leader or Audit Director / Senior Audit Manager. Lead internal audits or initiatives of low complexity as required.
You also need to ensure risk identification is performed effectively, reducing where possible, the scope of the review without reducing the provision of assurance.
In addition, Internal Audit is seeking to expand its Data Analytics capability and capacity to enhance risk insight and assurance coverage. You will also contribute to Internal Audit's Data Analytics strategy by identifying and delivering on data analytics relevant to audits. Additionally, partnering with the Central Internal Audit Data Analytics team to establish continuous monitoring across key business risks and controls, develop innovative Divisional dashboards, undertake targeted business data interrogation, and embed data-analytics driven culture in Internal Audit.
Role type: Permanent, Full-time,
Location: MDC 100, Eastwood City, QC OR Solaris One, Makati City
