General/Overall Job Purpose:
Responsible for examining accounting records to determine irregularity in stocks and inventory management.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Analysis & Problem Solving (15%)
Recommends procedures to improve store operations and minimize losses
Administration (25%)
Prepares audit observations on the 1st day after the last day of physical count. and submits to the Audit Controls and Compliance
Monitoring & Control (50%)
Prepares and updates store layout to determine the total location for audit.
Conducts tagging of counted inventory.
Inputs the correct quantity in scanning items and checks code description with the actual product.
Prepares and prints initial inventory list.
Reviews initial inventory proof list to determine any unrecorded or missed items.
Observes store operations and report any violation in the policies and procedures.
Re-checks the proof list for the comparison of the description shown in the data collector against the stocks being counted.
Examines inventory items to check for damaged, expired, near expiring and overstock products.
Communication & Coordination (10%)
Reports to superiors on missing stocks found in the store.
Informs coordinating bodies for any erroneous documents and unusual activities for the necessary actions to be taken.
Consistently communicates with Audit Team leader on all the audit agenda
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree holder
Fresh graduates of any course
Willing to travel NATIONWIDE
Willing to learn and undergo training
