· Job Description
1. Conducts random and monthly inspection of branches and warehouse merchandises, cash sales, petty cash, inventories and supplies.
2. Monitors and prepares weekly reports.
3. Monitors the movement of stocks and sales through the POS.
4. Update and reconcile accounting and system records of branches regarding General Inventory Findings
5. Monitors and Update bank reconciliation of certain corporate accounts
6. Prepares and updates inventory adjustment and ensures its proper posting.
· Job Specification
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management and etc.,
- Preferably 1 year work experience as accounting assistant, audit staff, internal audit staff and etc.,
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Can work onsite: Ortigas Center, Pasig City
