5. Review operations or programs to ascertain whether results are consistent with established objectives and goals and whether the operations or programs are being carried out as planned.
6. Recommend operating improvements.
7. Assist in the deterrence of fraud by examining and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of control, commensurate with the extent of the potential exposure or risk in the various segments of the Company's operations.
8. Perform special reviews requested by management, and
9. Provide professional advice and internal control information across the Company.
