Join the winning team now. Work you'll do Participate in engagement team planning meeting. Assist the team in gathering data from interviews with client personnel or from other sources, such as minutes of meetings and in performing other specific procedures. Research on, and discuss with the engagement team, possible resolutions to any issue identified during the course of the engagement. Assist the client, when necessary, in the preparation of income tax return and financial statements. Organize working paper files prior to review by higher-level personnel or prior to turn-over. Assist higher-level personnel in the preparation of proposals and in the conduct of various projects. Perform administrative duties required by the engagement such as managing files and requisitioning supplies needed by the engagement team for fieldwork. Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be delegated by the Counselor or Buddy, or by other engagement managers and seniors. Requirements Education. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy. Other Qualifications. Strong commitment to professional client service excellence. Analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams. Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
