Description:
» Review and carry out independent appraisal of effectiveness of company standards , procedures and operations
» Prepare findings and necessary recommendations to ensure the policies and procedures are carried out effectively
» Conduct inventory management systems
» Make sure the correct matching of physical inventory with system database content
» Identify any data error, unaccountable transactions or inefficient processes
» Performs audit procedures and submit audit reports on financial-related transactions
» Develop new and/or review and revise current audit standard procedures and practices
» Detect non-conformities on company standards and prepare reports to the management
» Prepares and presents written and oral reports and other information in a pertinent, concise, and accurate manner for distribution to management
» Prepares audit finding memoranda and working papers to ensure that adequate documentation exists to support the completed audit and conclusions
» Follows up on audit findings to ensure that management has taken corrective action(s).
» Assists and trains other audit staff in developing methods for review and analysis of operational systems.
» Checks and approves submitted reports from Audit staffs
» Conduct operational, compliance and investigative audits, as assigned.
» Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
» Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
» Required Skill(s): Auditing, Inventory Management, Analytical expertise, leadership abilities expertise, Moral & Ethical, Systematic
» Preferably manager/5 Yrs & Up practiced Employee specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
