The Tax accountant is responsible on managing and preparing all related tax compliance matters and other adhoc accounting and bookkeeping tasks. THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH AN AUSTRALIAN ACCOUNTING FIRM.
About the Role:
Responsible for preparation of the following: Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Tax related tasks.
Trial Balance
Financials
Trust Distribution Minutes
Tax Returns
GST and BAS/IAS reconciliation
FBT preparation
Interim Management reports
Audit
Handles phone call and email queries from international clients/counterpart
Assists on managing Jobflow and ensure timely completion of all the tasks.
Full time position.
Office-based. Monday to Friday, 7AM to 4PM.
About the Candidate:
Graduate degree of BS in Accountancy.
Background and experience in Australian Accounting (minimum 1 year).
Experience in trial balance, bank reconciliation, familiar with GST/VAT and understanding in reading financial reports.
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office specifically in Excel
Familiarity with shortcuts and formulas.
Excellent attention to details.
Great time management skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
Software experience working with Xero, XPM
Willing to work in Fairview Quezon City.
