Job Responsibilities:
Preparation and reconciliation of payroll, superannuation and PAYG tax payments
BAS preparation & Lodgement
Accounts payable & receivable
Account reconciliations and follow up of debtors
Recording and maintaining daily financial transactions
Data entry with an understanding of accounting principals
Posting accounts & processing journal entries
Maintaining a balanced general ledger
Management of reports
Liaising with external accountants
Invoice preparation & issuance
Commission reconciliation
End of Month Reporting.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a bookkeeper (required)
Previous experience using XERO (required)
Knowledgeable in SalesTrekker / Smart Sheet
Must have Corporate Finance Modeling Experience
Previous experience using multi-currency an advantage
Previous experience working within the financial services an advantage
Strong time management and organization skills.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Proven ability to be flexible in the workplace to be able to meet changing demands.
