Job Description
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
25%-Prepares legal studies on queries propounded by various offices
20%-Conducts investigation and evaluates administrative cases upon instruction from supervisor
15%-Attends hearings and recommends decisions on administrative cases
15%-Undertakes the interpretations of laws, orders, rules, and regulations including legal documents
15%-Review contracts, legal forms, and other related documents and recommends their approval and
10%-Performs other related functions.
