POSITION SUMMARY:
In accordance with the policies, procedures and standards of Melco Resorts Leisure (PHP) Corporation, this position is responsible for providing information on events, activities and services as well as assisting with all guest inquiries such as
entertainment, events, directions, food and beverages, etc. Attendant, CFD is responsible in handling safe storage of guest personal belongings at Casino Front Drive Cloakroom and delivering a quality customer service experience and
enhancing guest satisfaction by acknowledging, welcoming, bids farewell, and greets with a smile all guests and visitors of the Casino. The Attendant, CFD provides assistance with guest luggage, open/closing of car / casino doors, and monitors foot and
vehicle traffic flow at the main casino front drive.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides prompt, efficient, and professional customer service to guests of City of Dreams Manila by ensuring all guests are addressed in a polite and courteous manner as they enter and exit the property.
2. Maintains current product knowledge of events and facilities of City of Dreams Manila, including gaming, spa, recreation, food & beverage and entertainment, ensuring guests receive accurate, timely information and advice.
3. Responds correctly to all guest queries
4. Provides recommendation for entertainments, food and beverage.
5. Provides clear directions for all guest travelling within and outside the integrated resort.
6. Promotes positive guest relations at all times.
7. Tags appropriately the guest personal belongings to ensure seamless storekeeping.
8. Maintains cleanliness and tidiness of the Concierge station, lobby area, and casino front drive.
9. Assist with crowd control in the casino front drive.
10. Assist with the vehicular and human flow in the driveway as and when required.
11. Assist with guest personal belongings storage.
12. Confirms all guest transportation and destinations.
13. Remains responsible for ordering and directing all traffic through the driveway including Taxi's, Limousines and arranging valet parking for guests as required.
14. Works with Transportation and Security closely for guest transportation needs.
15. Attends to daily briefings and departmental meetings.
16. Adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
17. Reports accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and / or security issues to supervisors.
18. Reports and turns over lost and found articles to the Housekeeping office, following required procedures at all times.
19. Reports suspicious vehicles and individuals entering the property.
20. Assists the Hotel Emergency Response Team in responding to emergencies; involvement is guided and /or limited per Hotel's Emergency Procedures.
21. Ensures and maintains confidentiality of all guest's information and pertinent company data.
22. Performs ability to lift minimum of 30 Kg and follows the correct safe manual handling and lifting techniques.
23. Performs ability to stand for long periods of time.
24. Performs ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, overnight, and public holidays.
25. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time.
26. Reduces waste materials and supplies by adhering to the Company's guideline on sustainability.
27. Adheres to set procedures for attendance and timekeeping.
28. Participates in the Company's Corporate Social Responsibility program.
29. Adheres to the established and specified uniform, grooming, hygiene and personal appearance standards.
30. Adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
31. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics, and attitude towards guests and colleagues.
32. Remains flexible and adaptable to rotate with different departments of the Company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
I. Experience
Prior hotel experience preferred but not required.
II. Education
High school diploma or equivalent professional training
III. Skills / Competencies
1. Passionate with direct service to customer
2. Pleasant and pleasing personality
3. Ability to carry heavy items (luggage) without losing composure (minimum 30Kg)
4. Ability to follow through
5. Ability to read and communicate in English
