Description
Job Summary:
- Manage and develop Atlassian tools.
- Coordinate with the stakeholders, provide IT solutions using Jira
- Define and manage user roles, work closely with IAM Team
- Optimize Jira process workflows, develop metrics dashboards and advanced filters in Jira
- Creates test cases. Generation of test reports for testing JIRA projects (implementation and enhancements).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in JIRA Administration, Configuration and Support
- Tools/Technologies/Skills: Jira Agile, Jira add-ons, Project Setups, Epics, Components, JIRA Reporting and Report Filters, JQL, JIRA Labels, JIRA Projects Role, Access and administration, Jira REST APIs, Groovy/Java/Python, MY SQL/MS SQL
- Work from home until further notice but must be amenable to work in Makati once onsite operations resumed. Nigh Shift Schedule.
