Description
The Assurance Learning Associate assists the Assurance of Learning Coordinator and Curriculum Management and Assurance of Learning Services in program curriculum development to ensure and maintain a high quality of learning for our degree program students
Qualifications
Responsibilities
Education
Any Bachelor's degree (Education, Communications or related Sciences preferred)/s
Minimum Experience
At least 2 years of experience in administrative staff work involving computer systems, digital records and online platforms, situated in an education or similar industry.
Business Understanding
Solid working knowledge of office processes and systems
Handles administrative process and documentation for the Curriculum Review and Assurance of Learning Services (CM-AOLS)
Ensures program and faculty compliance with the AOL standards in course outlines and teaching materials
Works collaboratively with the Learning Development Managers, Assurance of Learning Coordinator and with the School's respective program teams in creating awareness and understanding of how outcomes of assessments and evaluations affect classroom teaching and student learning
Organizes and facilitates meetings and activities related to the AOL and other special events; and,
Liaises with other units for various Office of the Dean's concerns and requirements on program/curriculum development and related activities.
