We are looking for a dynamic Asst. Manager - MICE & Events who will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the outlet restaurant within the Food & Beverage Division.
In this role, you will you will efficiently deliver a high standard of food and beverage service to our guests and provide them an exceptional dining experience. You will emotionally connect with our guests while providing outstanding food and beverage service in a courteous, helpful, friendly, and efficient manner to bring to life the Grand Hyatt promise.
In this role, you will provide strong leadership support to the team and ensure that administrative duties related to associates and daily reporting are completed accurately and on time. You will direct associates through their daily routines and interact with customers and work closely with all hotel departments to ensure that all events offerings reflect our focus on quality and creativity delivered in grand style.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:
With at least 2 years of experience gained in 5-star luxury property in a similar role
Superior communication and customer service skills
Strong leadership capabilities
Passion for working with people
