SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Good analytical thinking, action planning and organizing
Identifies and implements effective processes and procedures for accomplishing work.
Ability to interact with and influence people at different levels of the organization
Team spirit, persuasiveness & influence, highly collaborative with all cross functional partners
Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to changing strategies and priorities
Has at least 1-2 years of consumer, ethical, or other relevant executive or administrative experience in any Consumer Goods or Healthcare company
Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams - able to deliver multiple requirements on time
