.Monitoring day-to-day operation, placement, loading and unloading performance
.Analyzing key lanes placement performance and escalating internally to respective teams for improvement.
.Monitoring placement, tracking and detention performance
.Coordinating directly with clients, operation, First-mile & billing
.Performance report evaluation
.Enabling automated MIS for all the clients
.Conduct and drive NPS & CSAT survey
.Should be one stop solution for clients queries and complaints
.Develop clear understanding on internal & external processes and requirements
.Proficient in MS office especially MS Excel and Power point
.Provide an adhoc support through data analysis and various inputs to the client
.Fact based and responsive decision making
.Ability to create, establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients
Excellent verbal and Written communication
Sound knowledge of MS Office, Excel and power point presentations.
