Applicants for the Associate position must be focused on delivering efficient, effective, and innovative legal services to provide impactful value to every client.

The Associate must be:
(1) a member of the Philippine bar;
(2) have at least two years' experience at a law firm handling primarily corporate law related matters, specifically financial technology (fintech), M&A, foreign investments, data privacy, securities, and real estate; and, the ability and interest to handle related matters such as intellectual property, labor, immigration, gaming, and tax; and
(3) willing to be a notary public.
The compensation package is competitive with medium-sized law firms, with latitude for upward adjustment in relation to the value that stellar applicants will contribute to the Firm's practice.
