We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Video Animation Associate n at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities. You will be involved in a variety of projects and clients playing a key role in helping to shape the future of their companies.
This role is focused on supporting external partners in the delivery of value to clients. Responsibilities will require you to think creatively to develop new and innovative strategies for clients by generating and presenting valuable and concrete insights that are relevant to their needs and to the wider Aon business.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for editing pre-existing content and switching out assets, while also being able to create videos from scratch using web-based software
Work closely with team members to make sure videos are aligned with client branding and stay true to the team's video quality standards
Support colleagues on various animation and graphic design projects
Prepare project summaries, presentations, and recommendations for clients
Manage the deliverable schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
Share experiences, knowledge, and skills with other team members
Provide regular mentorship and developmental feedback to junior animators
Assist in recruitment and training of junior animators
Assist in various ad-hoc projects
Suggested Skills and Experience:
1 - 4 years of experience in animation or multimedia arts and design; fresh graduates with similar background are also encouraged to apply
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
Strong design aesthetic with attention to typography, color, imagery, and graphics
Proficiency with web-based software programs
Solution and detail-oriented with good organization skills
Has experience producing creative work for clients
Organization skills, detail oriented, ability to take direction, work independently, as well as support a team
Has an "eye for detail," while not losing sight of the bigger picture
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in the field of Animation or Multimedia Arts and Design, or fields of similar nature
