Job Night Shift
Description
• Develop a schedule to assess training needs
• Deliver training for newly hired
• Conduct employee surveys and interviews
• Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
• Track and compile collected data
• Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
• Communicate training needs and online resources, training strategies, initiatives and materials
• Test and review created materials
• Maintains a database of all training materials
• Instruct employee training and on-boarding
• Conduct training through new materials
• Review employee performance and learning
• Coordinate with recruitment and liaising with the HR team
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Leadership
Availability for travel: No
Availability for change of residence: No
