Dealbreakers
Obviously, you can't be a Luddite. Aversions to tech wouldn't make sense for this role.
Have your own computer. You'll be issued certain credentials, but there'll be times when it'd just make sense to write/report from your personal equipment. Entry-level associates aren't issued very much hardware at the outset.
Be a good, confident, distinct writer. Have a literary voice.
Be familiar with office productivity suites, such as G Suites / Google Apps; Microsoft Office 365; etc.
Be familiar with CMS platforms such as Squarespace; WordPress; WiX; etc.
