YOU ARE GREAT AT: Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to help recruit for the different business units Assisting with sourcing, market research, branding, resume screening, coordination/scheduling, tracking, assessment/interview, and job offer. Any part if not all steps of the end-to-end recruitment process including projects and process improvement initiatives. Hiring for groups like IT, Finance, Information Security, Sales, Customer Solutions / Professional Services, and Customer Support / Technical Support among others WHAT IT TAKES: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with minimal work experience A relentless focus on finding the best talent Recruitment experience leveraging a variety of sources, platforms, systems, techniques, and assessment methodologies are an advantage Ability to build rapport with other members, candidates and hiring managers, providing the best hiring experience for everyone involved Aggressive learner and team player Good communicator Ability to work any schedule especially mid-shift Work in Makati with option to be remote 2-3 days remote until further notice Open to temporary work with a prospect, no guarantee, to be absorbed for full time regular employment
