Under the supervision of the HRSC Operations Lead, this position will be focused on delivering a high level of customer service and operational support to Human Resources, Managers and Employees. Talent Acquisition Specialist role is processing various talent acquisition requests and transactions such as hiring, coop/intern offboarding, offer letter creation, I-9 monitoring, etc. Tracks and monitors transactions and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the successful implementation, communications, and administration of Talent Acquisition guidelines, programs, projects, practices, and policies in Analog Devices HR Service Center. May lead projects within and outside the assigned functional area. May train others for back-up purposes and may provide back-up support to other functions in the organization. Key Responsibilities: Receives and responds to questions and issues regarding policies and programs related to Talent Acquisition. Use current information resources and databases on company policies, practices, and guidelines to research and resolve questions and issues as required. Escalates issues to HRSSC Operations Lead and Global SMEs, as appropriate. As directed and guided by the HRSSC Operations Lead, will participate in the new programs and policies. Responsible for meeting agreed individual Service Level Agreement and key performance indicators, mutually agreed with direct supervisor. Assists in communicating Analog's Talent Acquisition programs and projects through a variety of on-line and electronic tools and mechanisms. Ensure that owned processes and documentations are in place to ensure proper transition when needed. May need to create and improve current processes in place. Develop, review and update FAQs as needed. Track, log, monitor and reports transactions through transaction log in SharePoint and ensure trackers are up to date for Operations Management reference. Understand process risks and put in place contingencies or controls measure to manage them. Document and report Root cause analysis (RCA) for misses in delivery of assigned services. Train and ensure to have someone as a back-up in case unable to report to work. Provide reports identified by the SMEs or the HRSSC Operations Lead. Participate in organizational activities. Attend mandatory/agreed trainings. Facilitate/attend and participate in team meetings. Promotes and adheres to Company's commitment on corporate social responsibility. Full time night shift. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
