Product Specialists with projects that can last from a few weeks to a few months .Customize the product according to plan, within predefined time frame, workload, and specifications .Implement client customizations in local environments, as well as in client development and testing environments .Work closely with Product Specialists in client-facing regions to respond to client requests .Follow best practices for project planning, implementation, and client
communication .Ensure highest quality of deliverables .Proactively monitor and report project status to
Project Manager and Team Lead Job Requirements .A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent - Computer Science, IT, or Engineering are preferred .Superior client service attitude and skills .Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills .Excellent presentation skills, written and oral communication skills, and solid organizational skills a required .Background knowledge in programming or data management is preferred. .Demonstrates critical thinking ability and a willingness to learn new technologies .Background with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL scripting .Desire to work on shifting schedules
