Job Description
Balsam International is looking for an Associate Site Merchandiser who will support the eCommerce Merchandising Operations Manager with execution of merchandising strategies on-site. You will partner with the Online Merchandising, Operations, and Planning teams to ensure accurate and optimal representation of Balsam Brands products on site. As a successful Associate Site Merchandiser, you will have an understanding of visual merchandising, and be quick to learn eCommerce tools, so you can deliver a high standard of on-site customer experiences.
This position reports to the eCommerce Merchandising Operations Manager.
What you’ll be doing:
Execute on product ranking plans on 5 Balsam Hill sites (US, UK, AU, DE, FR) as directed.
Utilize reporting data and analytics to help identify opportunities to optimize product rankings in a way that improves discoverability and conversion of products.
Work with the eCommerce Managers, Operations Team, and Planning Team to track expected inventory on site and ensure that SKUs and badging are accurate based on their inventory position.
Evaluate site linking and messaging for accuracy
Support other efforts/initiatives as needed
What you bring to the table:
1+ year of eCommerce related experience, previous site merchandising experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent written and verbal communication, ease with learning
Passion for teamwork and collaboration
A self-starter with the ability to multi-task
Experience working with SAP Commerce, Google Analytics, and Power BI is a plus

Must have a back-up internet connection of the same speed, if primary connection becomes spotty.
Must have licensed MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) including Outlook.
Note: An online assessment will also be part of the recruitment process.
Status: Project-based, 8 hours a day.
