Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities: Explain, Present and Analyze the current client performance on various Metrics. investigates trends and issues and provides explanations and interpretations within the lines of business that they support Provide Trends Analysis with supporting policies and procedures, solutions to provide meaningful insights and recommendations on historic and future performance to stakeholders Prepares reports to internal and client supports Helps operations in increasing efficiency and effectiveness by providing data that will help them improve processes and procedures Compile results in a concise, meaningful and actionable format and share findings with end user of reports Collaborate with operations team to identify and document the root-cause that will be needed to generate intelligent reports and formulate steps for Process Improvement & excellence Work with peers and stakeholders to access, pull, clean, analyze and represent data from variety of Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 2+ years of relevant experience in Reporting Experience in Reporting, Data Management and Analysis Proficient in MS Office and Advanced skills in data querying and manipulation Knowledge on Visual presentation Knowledgeable with Taleo, Sharepoint and using ATS Advanced skills/ expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint Ability to create reports using MS Excel and conduct analysis on data Ability to work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively Ability to customize operational & strategic reports based on project goals & client requirements Excellent Oral and Written communication skills Team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude Can deliver timely reports and analytics to effectively measure business performance against strategic priorities Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create as well as deliver meaningful reports/ dashboards Optum, part of the UnitedHealth Group family of businesses, brings together some of the greatest minds and most advanced ideas on where health care has to go in order to reach its fullest potential.
