Associate Reporting Analyst
Associate Reporting Analyst is responsible of the production of a wide range of reports and analyses that are provided to customers and internal services.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Respond to various requests from internal/external customers (phone, email, etc.)
Generate, update, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for operations, external clients and finance service
He/She must ensure reporting accuracy and must respect deadlines.
Create ad hoc reports when requested
Collaborate with the IT Department for automation of existing and new reports
Define requirement for new reports
Respond efficiently and accurately at all times
Analyzing data
Verify consistency and accuracy of information across different reports and data sources
Perform other cognate duties.
Updating system with data.
Requirements:
Experience in a call center environment
Excellent Communication skills
Must have advanced excel skills
Good knowledge of Power BI and PowerPoint
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to see the relationships between operations and financial results.
Must be proactive and have a great problem-solving skill
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/priorities
Knowledge of Zendesk, Talkdesk, Tableau tools and SQL
Availability required: according to operational requirements
