-Advertising and/or updating job availability in job portals and other media
-Attending job fairs and other events and searching for talents
-Coordinates with Managers for the final interview schedule of the applicants for Telemarketer role
-Conducts new hire orientation and on-boarding if necessary
-Contribute to team effort by accomplishing intended results
-Participate in meetings and/or seminars and conferences
-Facilitate and/or assist in employee engagement initiatives and annual events
-Suggest, develop and implement Recruitment process
-Managing databases and files filing necessary documents

-With 2 or more years experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition and Sourcing, preferably in a BPO setting.
-Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
-The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
-The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
-Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
-Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
-Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
-Verbal and written fluency in the English language required.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and within tight deadlines.
