Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities: 50% transactional quality audit 50% PowerPoint, excel, speech to text/ Business Analyst role Conduct transaction audits for Level 1 and/or Level 2 teams focusing on areas of improvement for communication / customer centric ability, technical competence and process adherence Create presentations to narrate quality analysis and process improvements Design contents for communication to increase awareness of quality and consumer experience initiative Assist in building Quality audit transformation plans using speech to text analytics for IT Service Desk Enable delivery teams with standard operating procedures aligned to different IT process improvement and/or audit frameworks established in the IT industry Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Transaction or Process Quality Management (Need not to be a QA but someone who has done this task as part of core responsibilities in his / her past role) 5+ years of experience in Business Process Improvement 5+ years ofexperience in creating presentations for data storytelling and should also have created communication materials for the agents to increase awareness of quality best practices / standards Strong experience in PowerPoint and Excel Good presentation skills Intermediate communication skills Facilitated process or technical trainings in the past Keen to capture potential operational and process quality gaps which may lead to end user escalations and non-conformance Preferred Qualifications: Experience in deploying Speech to Text Analytics Knowledge in Power BI Knowledge in Nexidia Speech to Text Tool Willing to work with different / multiple IT business segments Flexible to be able run multiple governance / requirements for the assigned projects Good interpersonal skill Exceptional Stakeholder management skills
