Based on New Business Annual Premium Equivalent Provides project management support through project monitoring as well as management of assigned project workstreams. He/she will work with project managers in managing assigned project activities and developing status reports for timely submission to key stakeholders.
1. Integrates activities, identifying and managing interdependencies (within and outside the project) to ensure coordinated delivery
2. Regularly monitors projects and collates updates from the project managers and the project workplans
3. Analyzes collated updates and prepares the necessary reports for project monitoring and stakeholder communication
4.Creates project repositories and other non-project related folders or sites and provides user access for such sites
5. Monitors team and project budgets and expenditures and analyses variances to achieve financial metrics
6. Helps identify issues/risks like resource constraints, project delays and recommends solutions to the concerned project managers
