Join us as Tech Proj Analyst where you will be instrumental in management of PPM Optics, Rally/CA Agile Central tool and general reporting capabilities on day-to-day basis delivering to our financial goals/target in United Strategic Platform (USP). You will lead PPM Optics, Rally/CA Agile Central tool governance in USP at Project and Program level support. As part of the global team, you will be part of USP Technology team who delivers Products in USP program faster and cost-effective solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create Program, Projects under existing/new UCMG IDs in PPM Optics
Allocate and manage resources time/hours to various Projects on day-to-day basis
Ensure to follow guidelines imposed by USP program leads
Partner with USP Release Delivery Leads/IT Delivery leads on regular need of updates to PPM Optics for resource additions, updates to resource hrs, removal of termed resources etc. on proactive basis
Provide ongoing PPMO allocations, budget vs spend reports to USP leadership
Responsible for ongoing clean-up of resource allocations: o Past ETC Hours, Unassigned Demand, Over Allocated Resources, Incorrect Task Names • Responsible for Rally/CA Agile Central tool (data extractions, pivot, data quality check) & general reporting using excel functions/formulas etc. You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role

Required Qualifications:
Experience managing large projects in PPM Optics
Familiarity with Agile software development execution tools such as Aha!, Jira/CA Agile
Use industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
