OGA Engagement Operations team is standing up a Statement of Work team that will own the end to end solution from creation through approval that will document, catalogue and manage the internal SOW creation and management as part of the larger Quote to Invoice solution in OGA
We're looking for a motivated self-starter who's passionate about partnering with the Success Partner, Operations and Finance teams on engagement structure for contracting, managing operational processes, analyzing trends and recommending and implementing process improvements. The candidate will work cross functionally with these teams and our Global Governance team as needed on SOWs and SOW amendments/attestations to ensure they meet scope and adhere to all internal and external policies, contractual guidelines and compliance parameters. The candidate will be expected to optimize and clearly communicate goals/intent, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote teams.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within OGA and how we operate within the Enterprise, a firm understanding of our current and proposed SOW process. They must have the ability to think strategically and long-term about the needs of a high-growth professional services organization and have the ability to create analytics that give leaders insights into objectives and key results. They must be able to thrive and succeed in a highly dynamic environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. In this role they will need to anticipate bottlenecks, while balancing the business needs. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.
Primary Responsibilities:
Be a quick Learner to understand the entire process flow of the SOW project and accordingly drive the execution of new/ existing SOW to meet tight timelines
Work closely with IT, Operations, Success Partners and Transition Teams to capture key data points required for SOW Creation / Maintenance while ensuring all work is tied to business outcomes
Suggest Bright Ideas and new improvement opportunities in the SOW process with a view to Optimize efforts and avoid Rework
Meet stringent Timelines for project success. Should be a self-starter who can execute with speed and at scale, while multitasking
Give OGA clients insights that help make their businesses work better, faster, and more efficiently
Challenge legacy ways of working using constructive techniques that fuel growth and efficiency
Be able to organize meetings and manage calendar working with Leaders on self-basis

Eligibility

Should have completed 12 months in the current role at OGA
Should have a minimum of ME3 rating in the Last Common Review
Should not be on active CAP
Required Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 6 years of work experience in Business Operations
Knowledge of Optum/UHC processes and systems
Familiar with Project management methodology
Delivered at least 1 span-wide project
Flexible to adjust basis business priorities and manage work accordingly
Excellent collaboration skills and should be an Avid Team Player
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Should be able to engage in a meaningful conversation and get the Business outcome
Preferred Qualification:
Well-versed with MS office package covering MS word, PowerPoint, Excel, VBA will be added advantage along with Database knowledge
