Monitor email inbox and accurately handle client requests in a timely manner
Act as key point of contact between internal support teams and external clients
Manage prioritization of projects and monitoring of job status
Promptly file all appropriate documents to their rightful places
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of any 4-year course
Must be able to communicate well in English
Experience in customer service is preferred
Solid customer-first mindset
Prioritization, communication and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet pressing timelines
Willing to work in shifts and overtime
