Job Description
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
20% - Plans training session and delivers competency-based training
10% - Conduct national competency assessment
10% - Maintain training facilities and observe safety precautions
5% - Uses audio visual and multi-media equipment
5% - Uses Personal Computer in Educational Technology
3% - Conducts career counseling session
3% - Communicate with individual or groups
7% - Work in team environment and apply work ethics and values
7% - Maintain professional competence
5% - Undertake TVET research
10% - Practice quality management, plan and organize work
5% - Lead learning workplace communication
5% - Lead work teams
3% - Solve training related problems
2% - Perform other related work.
