Responsibilities
Requirement Management
Translate product vision into detailed requirements and prototypes
Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather insights and manage requirements
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Research and analyze competitors to generate insights and create recommendations for new features and requirements
Product Development
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Feedback & Insights
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Represent the company by communicating to customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
Gather and analyze user feedback using various methods such as FGD, interviews, analytics
Drive the analytics and feedback process improvements within the team
Go to Market Strategies
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
Lead development and initiatives in product pricing and positioning strategies
Help establish and manage partnerships that will help in promotional plans and campaigns
