COVID-19 Working Arrangement
We adopt a flexible working arrangement across our teams to ensure that our staff members can work productively in a safe environment. Our team members are currently working mostly remotely except when office work is required.
As we approach a 100% vaccination rate within our staff members, we will be moving towards a flexible hybrid working approach in which staff members will mostly still be working from home with scheduled days in a month for reporting in the office.
Job Description
Your role
As an compliance associate, you are expected to prepare, maintain and update tax and regulatory compliance requirements for our clients. For you to be successful in this role, you are expected to demonstrate the following:
Able to identify key issues on assigned clients and suggest workable solutions
Proficient in compliance laws and regulations such as, but not limited to, tax compliance with the BIR, corporate compliance with the SEC and other commercial laws and regulations
Demonstrate professionalism and confidence in dealing with a range of stakeholder groups and management teams
Contribute proactively to administrative functions within the firm such as recruitment, thought leadership, business development and supporting other business units within the firm
Establish systems and processes in making accounting workflows faster and easier

Compliance associates should be extremely keen to detail and willing to work extended hours delivering exceptional client compliance work. As our compliance associates work closely with different government and regulatory agencies, exceptional oral and written communication skills are expected.

Compensation package
Compliance associates are offered highly competitive compensation package which includes the following baseline benefits:
Salary ranging from Php16,500 to Php25,000 per month
HMO cover upon regularization
Discretionary bonus scheme
Bi-annual salary appraisals
Other benefits will be offered depending on the interview process.
Preferred Experience
Qualifications (Minimum)
Good understanding of BIR tax compliance
Highly organized and attention to detail
Ability to communicate in oral and written English
Qualifications (Desired)
Experience in working with government agencies such as BIR, SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig
Up to two years of working experience in similar roles (e.g., tax compliance or tax advisory practice)
