As the Total Rewards Associate Manager ,you will manage and support all aspects of the employee rewards program, including compensation, medical benefits, fringe benefits, work-life, retirement benefits and pay programs and policies. He/She will be responsible for providing input to the (Center of Excellence) COE to be used for evaluating and making recommendations on compensation strategies to attract and retain talent. This position will be managing the teamâs areas of accountability, equipping team members with skills and knowledge they need to support the HR operations, monitoring team performance, drive continuous improvement of Total Rewards Operations and implement change initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand the total remuneration package of each country supported in the region. This includes Global Total Rewards programs and simple to highly complex TR programs that are country specific.
Understand country specific pay and benefits policy and administration process and lead proposals for standardization and process improvements that is aligned with the HR Global service catalogue, tools, and system.
Manage and monitor administration of Global and country specific pay and benefits programs of each country supported in the region. This includes and simple to highly complex pay and benefits programs.
Manage facilitation end to end Job Offer proposal process to region supported, making sure that extensive review is done on candidate profile, salary details and internal equity in proposing competitive job offer package aligned with each countryâs total remuneration package and Global hiring guidelines (Offer proposal to offer letter).
Make sure that all payroll instructions on country specific payouts on a monthly and annual schedule are completed on time by the team (one-time payments related to domestic transfers, relocation allowances, special bonus, and benefit claims).
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
HR Information System experience preferred, Workday a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office software; expert knowledge with Microsoft Excel Â
Bachelorâs degree in business, HR, or related discipline required
10+ years of experience with 8+ years of Total Rewards experience (region specific)
