Summary:
The position is responsible for managing and developing a team of Supply Planners within the assigned cluster and partnering with key stakeholders to deliver organization and business objectives and strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspire, engage and lead a team of Finished Good Planners
Encourage the growth of the team members and enable an environment of collective responsibility and accountability
Coach the team of FG planners on E2E supply chain best practices, policies, and tools
Partner with key supply chain and commercial partners on delivering business needs
Collaborate with Global/Regional Supply Chain partners in defining supply strategies, finding the optimal balance between cost, cash, service, and efficiencies
Actively participate in S&OP processes and point of contact on S&OE
Drive continuous improvement in operating strategies and processes within the cluster
Ensure the team's compliance with planning processes and strategies
Provide core planning support during resource constraints
Accountable for in-process and output KPIs
Job Requirements:
Full-time employment, weekdays, work hours: 8:00AM or 9:00AM to 5:00PM or 6:00PM
Overtime may be required depending on the critical deliverables
