The Associate Manager for Marketing Solutions will be handling marketing solutions and end-to-end campaigns from conceptualization to execution. The role will be working on multiple projects and working with different departments. The role will be reporting to the Marketing Director.
Responsibilities:
Business Development
Lead the Marketing Solutions team in the strategy, conceptualization, development, and execution of a series of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and achieve sales targets while ensuring proper delegation of projects
Build, manage and develop relationships with key brands on ZALORA to negotiate, secure and execute strategic marketing partnerships
Expand new business opportunities and revenue stream by selling and promoting our innovative marketing solutions (ZALORA Advertising Platform) to brand partners, as well as agencies, advertisers and other demand partners
Manage and continuously innovate on ZALORA's premium subscription service to enhance the value proposition for customers
Campaign Management
Develop the online and offline trade marketing calendar, campaign plan, pitch decks to manage launches and execute go-to-market strategies for brands, special collections, exclusive collaborations, pop-up stores, etc.
Manage overall day-to-day operational campaign management, ensuring all campaigns are delivered effectively and on time and properly distributed across all marketing channels
Lead the internal operational planning, tracking, as well as performance reviews and optimization of the ZAP campaign performance and targets
Work with onsite and design teams to develop conceptual user journeys and landing pages across campaigns, with respect to customer experience
Work with Commercial, Planning, Analytics, and Revenue teams to plan, execute and ensure the profitability of tactical campaigns and efficient category management, as well as marketing channels to ensure effective multi-channel campaign execution
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in campaign management, ecommerce, digital agency, or a data-driven environment. Experience in managing a team will be a plus. More experienced candidates may be considered for a manager role
Preferably with experience in organizing 360° campaigns
Impeccable communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as detail-oriented
Solid analytical skills with a creative flair that enable you to evaluate relevant KPIs, formulate profound recommendations on performance improvements all the way to relevant experience in accounts management and billing
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
A discerning eye for fashion, design, and a great interest in international fashion industry, competitive trends and digital developments
Excellent project management skills and can work well under pressure and tight deadlines
