Associate manager - logisticsZALORA SEA

The Logistics Associate Manager's main responsibility is to monitor and coordinate with the third-party logistics provider (3PL) ZALORA uses to deliver customer orders across the Philippines. S/he will work closely and effectively with all 3PLs to ensure service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI) are meeting or exceeding targets.
Responsibilities:
Drive performance improvements across all last mile KPIs
Cost optimization and analysis
Periodic re-negotiation of contracts, rate cards, COD handling and valuation charges
Ensure scalability of last mile logistics providers particularly during peak period
Coordination and execution of internal and external performance improvement projects
Requirements:
Preferably 5+ years experience in managing last mile logistics operations
Preferably 3+ years experience in project management & LEAN projects
Desire to achieve results, attention to details and willingness to face challenges with the positive attitude
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Knowledge in Tableau or similar data visualization tools & Statistics tools preferred. Knowledge in SQL is a plus
Able to manage key stakeholders & cross-functional KPIs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English proficiency is a must.
Willing to be based in Muntinlupa - Cavite Expressway (MCX) Area
