As the Associate Manager, Logistics, Inventory & Systems, you role is to manage the inventory and systems team ensuring inventory accuracy between SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) of finished goods items physically located in the main warehouse. The role also oversees the disposal activities in liaison with warehouse team, blocked stocks and shelf-life monitoring
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Deploy and govern global processes in inventory and system management
Manages the inventory accuracy in logistics service providers (LSPs) to meet budget and operational key performance indicators (KPIs): Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) in stock-keeping unit (SKU) and Cases
Supports issues involving inventory variances, receipt discrepancies, returns, obsolete damage, custom pallets, confirmations, past dues, and unfilled orders
Provides reports to logistics function aiming to create mid to long term plans
Supports supply chain engagements control tower
Inventory management including compliance, remnant and obsolesce (Ageing report with analysis)
Coordinates communication between SCJ quality assurance and quality improvement and its Contract Packager counterpart regarding identification and disposition of inventory that does not conform to quality standards
Supports annual and cycle count process
Supports or leads automation projects (VBA, MACRO, etc.)
Supports process improvements through lean programs or Autonomous Process Team (APT)
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain/ Customer Service with close relation to Logistics and Inventory
Proven experience in using data and leverage to drive continuous improvement
Experience in leading regional projects with cross culture team
SAP knowledge preferred
