Summary:
The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer plays a pivotal role in the delivery of support activities in the company's HR Portal. The role is responsible in development of new services and maintenance of existing portal functionalities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide ServiceNow development best practice expertise and technical support for HR Portal implementation
Deliver ServiceNow development consulting to Center of Excellence and HR Delivery teams for all modules implemented
Development of workflows and scripts to personalize and improve existing ServiceNow applications
Conduct Impact Analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules for new requirements.
Development of ServiceNow custom applications from design to implementation in order to automate and improve processes
Train technical support in problem solving portal issues
Automation of routine tasks including design, creation and administration of key components
Coordinate and implement the scheduling of upgrades and/or service packs, testing of such upgrades and general maintenance of ServiceNow
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Minimum of 3 years related work experience in ServiceNow Developer role
ServiceNow Administration/Developer Certification
Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and Software as a Service (SaaS) architecture
Knowledge of IT service management and the ITIL service operations and transition processes
Preferred: Experience Implementing and maintaining HR Service Management Tools, Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and other ITIL process areas
Preferred: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
Preferred: Strong Knowledge of HR Delivery Model
Job Requirements:
Fixed Term employment till December 2021
Work Hours: mid-shift 3:00pm to 12:00am
Shifting work schedule might be required depending on the critical deliverables and the urgent requirements of countries supported
