Summary:
High performance individual responsible for providing OPEX functional Leadership in all its work streams (Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, Capability Building) as well as supporting and project managing multiple parallel initiatives across the HR Delivery Center to achieve efficiency & effectiveness uplift. Responsible for ensuring development and consistent application of OPEX methodology in the HR Delivery Centers, at all levels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Interact with key stakeholders to drive and influence process improvements through Process Excellence, Focused Improvements and lean methodologies.
Facilitate process design workshops, and problem-solving sessions linked to process improvement projects, in accordance to organizational goals and priorities.
Influence the HR Delivery Centers, at all levels, to understand and promote the value of Operational Excellence in terms of efficiency & effectiveness
Responsible for design and execution of OPEX HR Delivery Center Capability building programs, enabling employees to strengthen the continuous improvement culture within the HR Delivery Centers.
Lead the Global Process Owners, Centers of Excellence groups and HR Partners in all its elements, including coaching and feedback sessions.
Collaborates and cooperates in the creation and implementation of OPEX goals and objectives focusing on quality and on-time delivery of OPEX services.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
FMCG industry experience
Exposure and experience of working with Industry best practice techniques
People management experience
Experience of having worked in Human Resources
Workday experience
Relevant Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Job Requirements:
Fixed Term employment for 12 months
Work Hours: mid-shift 3:00pm to 12:00am
Shifting work schedule might be required depending on the critical deliverables and the urgent requirements of countries supported
