As the Associate Manager, Customer Fulfillment, you are expected to optimize the service provided to our subsidiaries' local trade customers by achieving the targeted level of orders delivered completely and on time. You will also drive the Shared Service Center Customer Service function in line with industry best practices and sustain cross country process commonality and continuous process improvement within the Shared Service Center and the local country.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving or exceeding agreed Customer Service Key Performance Indicators
Provides escalation support to resolve relevant issues between Shared Services Centers, local teams and logistics
Ensures compliance with country legal and market practices regarding customer service processes
Responsible for the application of policies and internal controls regarding Order to Delivery processes
Proactively communicates potential issues to local, regional or global teams, as appropriate
Drives the Customer Service function in line with industry best practices through external benchmarking and by working with the Business Process Technology (BPT) organization to identify and drive industry best practices and process implementation, as well as value-added activities
Provides clear direction and empowerment to the team, so they can perform at the expected standards
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field
Minimum 3 years Supply Chain experience as lead or Associate Manager level
Has in-depth understanding of the order to delivery cycle and order management activity
SAP knowledge required
