Our HR Department & People Operations Services is a critical components of our business. People are our most important asset, and the Associate Director for Country People Operations will help ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives.
The Associate Director for People Operations will be responsible for the overall management of the department and the creation of a healthy work environment for our employees and achieve a wholistic employee experience and satisfaction. The role will ensure that everyone works to realize our established vision and objectives while promoting our core values and shaping a positive culture.
Responsibilities:
Deliver effective Country People Operations services:
Provide advanced level leadership and internal consulting to country management and global management team on People-related agenda.
Design, review, and/or monitor local people-related policies, processes, and other initiatives aligned with employee lifecycle from onboarding to
offboarding, and cultural development activities.
Ensure responsive People services are provided to diverse business verticals including, seat leasing, EOR, and managed services, and proactively identify scalable / process improvement solutions.
Business Partnership:
Support the department leaders on people operation and people cultural matters as an advisor and change agent by facilitating collaborative conversations and change across teams, organizations, procedures, and systems.
Collaborate with leaders on people-related initiatives to develop a people-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, teamwork
and high performance.
Establish and communicate People metrics that demonstrate added value and identify where changes in practices and policies are required.
Identify key drivers, plan and execute impactful actions to strengthen culture systematically and organization performance and work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
Drive performance management reviews, providing guidance, advice and training managers on managing performance issues at all levels by implementing relevant retention strategies and identifying learning and development needs for business units and individual coaching needs
Requirements
Strong and proven People Operations in a Boutique BPO setting is an ideal, ability to unlearn and apply new People Operations framework to the HR
Department. A leader with strong cross-department communication, the ability to negotiate with vendors, and a cosmopolitan outlook.
Possesses deep expertise in the ability to validate and audit HR Policy & Process, compensation and benefits design, and redesign.
Highly analytical and able to present data intelligence for HR, including new ways of working data within a Hybrid working model, and developing business values for external clients.
Outcome-driven customer-centric mindset, ability to develop facilities outside Metro Manila.
Can multi-task and complete numerous tasks within deadlines.
Focused on business execution and the ability to think outside the box.
Strong collaborator with effective interpersonal and analytical skills who can work seamlessly across countries, cultures, and organizational units.
Demonstrated ability to work, manage, and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and on deadline aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making needed.
Superb written and verbal communication skills are required. Capable of managing conflict and conflicting views.
Strong knowledge and command over HR management software (HRIS)
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required master's degree is a plus.
At least 6 years of experience in human resources management
Certification in human resource management (SPHR, GPHR, CIPD, or other HR professional certification) is a plus.
