Excellent technical, leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills combined with a solid grasp of the software development lifecycle are essential. You will collaborate with senior department leadership to implement strategic company initiatives and ensure the continued operational success of your team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the software development teams working on several vital company-level objectives, influencing high-level architectural decisions, and maintaining business operations. Success in this role includes building critical software and adopting said systems within the content integration pipeline. The Content Infrastructure Engineering group is a significant contributor to Content Engineering's digital transformation ambitions. This group is responsible for building software solutions for automate and scale data acquisition, workflow management, and scheduling systems. This role will also lead a growing team of Architecture specialists deployed across Manila Engineering groups to guide technical data modeling and architecture decisions on top priority projects.
