Requirements/ Qualifications/ Experience Education - Bachelor's degree holder in business management, economics, industrial engineering, or any field related Experience - Must have at least 12 years relevant work experience, with at least 7 years in a managerial position with experience in channel marketing, project management, service delivery, and branding & communications, with good understanding and experience in Life Insurance products, operations, sales compliance, distribution channel, internal audit / investigation, regulatory and internal requirement to maintain above benchmark Business Quality and ethical sales practices
