Is currently looking for:
 
ASSOCIATE  DEMAND PLANNER
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Owns and drive the monthly sales and operations  (S&OP) process for brands handled
Calculates rolling 18-month base forecast using historical trends
Gathers documents and calculates other assumptions and inputs to the forecast
Communicates and aligns forecasts with all stakeholders. Presents demand plan during monthly SMOP meeting
Measures and tracks performance for continuous improvement
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
College Graduate, preferably Industrial Engineering
High communication and influencing skills
Top fresh grads welcome; previous supply chain experience a plus
Highly analytical; critical thinking and mathematical skills; organizational and collaboration skills
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
