This role is focused on supporting external partners in the delivery of value to clients. Responsibilities will require you to think creatively to develop new and innovative strategies for clients by generating and presenting valuable and practical insights that are relevant to their needs and to the wider Aon business.

Job Responsibilities:
Collect and review corporate governance, Environmental Social Governance (ESG), and compensation data, policies, and practices
Analyze and interpret corporate governance, ESG, and compensation data and prepare client deliverables
Research, assess, and advise companies on ESG strategy and exposure items, as they relate to reporting standards, regulations, peer practices, company strategy, and investor standards
Be accountable for all methodology/analysis/output on each staffed project
Support consultants by "owning the data" and fielding questions about data or methodology
Maintain and update corporate governance, ESG, compensation, and financial databases
Assist in all aspects of day-to-day client support, including onboarding and management of Aon's ESG platform (i.e., Digital Business Insights) clients
Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relations through regular and proactive communications
Provide regular mentorship and developmental feedback to junior staff
Assist in recruitment and training of junior associates
Assist in various ad-hoc projects
Suggested Skills and Experience:
1 - 4 years of human resources, research, data analysis, or other related industry experience; fresh graduates with strong academic background are also encouraged to apply
Ability to work independently in a consulting and data operations role and to interact with various internal and external constituents
Must be a motivated self-starter who is well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize large volumes of data
Organization skills, detail-oriented, ability to take direction, work independently, as well as support a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel (macros a plus) and Word
Processing spreadsheets, database management, and strong customer service skills
Ability to synthesize and communicate large amounts of data into key findings and identify related business issues
Has an "eye for detail," while not losing sight of the bigger picture
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics. Other majors will also be considered.
