1. Business Analysis
Elicits and analyzes requirements for a software development project. Will serve as business domain experts in a team. Writes documentation in the form of, but not limited to, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flow Diagrams.
2. Quality AssuranceVerifies that work produced meets elicited requirements through test plan / test case development and execution. Spearheads the quality measures that the team will adhere to by formulating code quality and test case quality metrics, among other things. Familiarity with the use of issue-tracking software is a plus.
