DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Act as liaison between Company and Client, to make sure the client remains a happy customer
2. Assist client in their overall project journey and that includes preparation of client-related reports, presentations, manuals, and others that supports clients
3. Maintain a record of contact and constant communication with clients to address their needs in a timely manner
4. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis.
5. Support DevOps Team by determining project objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
6. Support Management by monitoring project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions;
7. Works closely with Product Management Head to help with proper decision making
8. Performs other functions that will be assigned by Product Management Head from time to time
9. Will be assigned to PSE IT Subsidiary - Premier Software Enterprise, Inc.
QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Finance Major is a plus
SKILLS
Effective communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
