Job Description:
As a Business Analyst & Reporting Associate part of the CAO - Capacity Management & Business Initiative team, you'll support the CEO/CAO through executive reporting and delivery of projects and strategic initiatives. You'll ensure on-time delivery of executive reports, participates in business process improvement and tactical automation, and support & lead CAO site-wide projects
Executive Reporting
Gather and maintain data for a wide array of data-related business processes and reports such as Capacity Management Reports, Philippine Book, Flash Report, Country Overview, etc.
Perform forecasting and analysis of data in support of PH CC hiring demand, headcount, seat management, facilities build out and hybrid model adoption
Frequently work across lines of business and support functions, conferring with managers and executives to understand key metrics to drive change and standards
Ensure high level of accuracy and efficiency in reports
Contribute to finding new solutions or ways to enhance data management and automation
Conducts audits in data storage systems and ensure compliance to all firmwide and/or regulatory policies
Project Management
Aid in the delivery of internal projects through effective data management and report optimization
Track milestones and execute required deliverables against agreed deadlines to achieve project goals and targets
Ensure that monitoring, tracking, and reporting on project deliverables is established
Participate in strategic business priorities and CEO-driven initiatives
Provide support to multiple projects and reports with short or varying deadlines
Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to communicate updates, directional changes and key risks/issues while influencing outcomes and driving resolution
Minimum Qualifications:
Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Proficiency in automation tools (e.g. Tableau, Exceptor, Alteryx, etc) is preferred
Experience in Project Management or Business Management is an advantage
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
Strong personal leadership skills, ability to influence outcomes and drive resolution
Ability to articulate business requirements, prioritize and drive results with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to translate complex concepts into simple messages that stakeholders can easily understand
Highly organized with strong attention to details that could impact results
Able to work both independently and in a team environment
General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow
